 with most of the apartments for all A/C, electricity and plumbing needs. We have close contact with the management companies (Sindic) for each property to be able to sort out any issues quickly. For a reliable and fast internet and cable TV, we use the operator Numericable, which provides a large selection of international channels in all our apartments.

  

-  Properties : Riviera Express is specialized in Beachfront properties, located on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice or within a very little distance of the coastline. On offer are all local activities and places which are updated in the guest book presented in each apartment. 

 - Enquiry's :  We try to reply to all enquires within 6 hours, 7/7, from 10am to 8pm French time.

- Security :  Most of the apartments are suitable for all age groups and are child-friendly. Please ask in your enquiry if you request a child-friendly appartment and-or one to host elderly or disabled people.

Most of the apartments are secured with security doors, and most beachfront apartments have a reception-service with video surveillance. We double-check all properties on security issues and we are kept informed by the reception-service of any events.

- services : with the assistance of www.friend-in-france.com  who, on your request, will guide you on your arrival at Nice Airport or train station. They also have on offer a large choice of activities and organised tours of places of interest during your stay.

We also use the service of the service center of both Terminals at Nice Airport.
