Very good location on the beachfront between Place Magnan and Hotel Flots and strait over the well know Voilier beach. only 10 minutes walking distance from the Hotel Negresco and central Nice. Large range of shops , bars Restaurant in the rue de France located just behind the Promenade ( Beachfront ). Apartment has A/C double living room with 2 comfortable sofa beds and large bedroom on backside of the building. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and all needed kitchen tools.this large apartment can host max 4 adults in 3 separated beds, double bed in bedroom and two sofa beds in bedroom.
